Terms of Use — Content House Studios

1. General Provisions

Welcome to Content House Studios (“CHS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and engagement with the Content House Studios website and any affiliated applications, portals, or services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using this Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations. If you do not accept these Terms, you are prohibited from accessing or utilizing the Platform.

2. Limited License to Use

CHS grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to access and utilize the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in strict accordance with these Terms. This license is intended solely for individual, non-commercial use unless expressly authorized by CHS through written agreement. No portion of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, redistributed, modified, sublicensed, or reverse engineered without our prior written consent.

3. No Warranties

The Platform and all of its content, including but not limited to documentation, metadata, media files, and smart contract functionality, are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. CHS makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform or the data contained therein. CHS expressly disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

We make no guarantees that the Platform—including IPFS-linked files, NFT access gates, or third-party integrations—will be error-free, secure, or continuously available, nor that any content accessed through the Platform will be accurate or complete.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall CHS, its affiliates, officers, directors, contractors, employees, or licensors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, interruption of business, reputational harm, or damages stemming from smart contract execution or external blockchain dependencies.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Content House Studios and its affiliates, officers, directors, contractors, partners, and employees from any and all third-party claims, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
(a) your breach of these Terms,
(b) your misuse of the Platform or any services or content accessed through it,
(c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party, or
(d) any content submitted or transmitted by you through the Platform, including unauthorized data or digital assets.
